Frequently asked questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
On iOS go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions, on Android go to Google Play > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period.
How do I delete my account?
In the app go to Settings > Account > Delete My Account. Without the app, you can request deletion at melodykit.motivexintelligence.com/delete-account.
My subscription is not restored.
Use Restore Purchases on the purchase screen. If the issue continues, write to us.
I am not receiving notifications.
Check that notification permission for MelodyKit is enabled in device settings.
I found a bug, how do I report it?
Email [email protected] with your device model and app version and we will get back to you soon.

You can delete your account in the app via Settings > Account > Delete My Account. If you cannot reach the app, request deletion via the web.
