Delete Account

You have full control over your data. You can delete your MelodyKit account and all related personal data in one of two ways.

From inside the app

Open the app and follow these steps:

Go to Profile or Settings
Open Account > Delete My Account
Confirm; your account and the content you created are removed

Without the app (via the web)

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot reach the in-app option, submit a deletion request by emailing [email protected] from the email registered on your account. Put "Delete Account" in the subject line. After we verify your request, we permanently delete your account and related data within 30 days at the latest.

After deletion

All personal data tied to your account (email, display name, generated tracks, uploaded audio, favorites, and subscription records) is deleted. Only data we are legally required to keep is retained for the period required by law and then deleted. Anonymous, aggregated statistics that cannot be linked to you may be kept.
