Terms of Use

The app is provided by MotiveX Intelligence Inc. (Manisa, Turkey). In these terms, we means MotiveX Intelligence and you means the person using the app.

Subject to your compliance with the law and these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app. You may not copy, decompile, reverse engineer, or sell the app.

You agree not to:

• Use the app for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or rights-infringing purposes
• Create content that copies someone else's copyrighted work or unauthorized voice
• Disrupt the security or operation of the app or attempt unauthorized access
• Send excessive requests through automated tools or bots
• Impersonate, harass, or disturb another person

You need an account to use the features. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You can delete your account from inside the app.

The tracks you create with MelodyKit are yours; you can use them in personal and commercial work. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe anyone's copyright or personal rights. You may not create content that violates the community guidelines.

Auto-renewable subscriptions are offered through the App Store and Google Play and are subject to those stores' terms. Price, duration, renewal, and cancellation rules are set out in the subscription section of our Privacy Policy and on the purchase screen. Payments are processed by the relevant store; refunds follow store policies.

The app, its design, logos, text, software, and all content belong to MotiveX Intelligence or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. No rights are granted other than the license given to you.

The app uses third-party services such as Google, Apple, Firebase, and RevenueCat. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

The app is provided as is and as available. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. AI-generated audio and music output may differ from your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MotiveX Intelligence is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. In any case, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the last 12 months.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. You may end your use at any time by uninstalling the app and deleting your account.

We may update these terms from time to time. We announce significant changes via in-app notice. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes are subject to the courts and enforcement offices of Manisa. Your statutory rights as a consumer are reserved.

On iOS, these Terms of Use serve as the End User License Agreement (EULA) for the app. Unless stated otherwise, Apple's standard Licensed Application EULA also applies: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
